Our Competency Development Program includes:

Role-Specific Training – Expanding beyond developer-only training, the Role Based training Program establishes a roadmap of skills required for all participants in the Project delivery life cycle. It not only develops the conceptual skills but helps the participant understand the end to end implementation process within a Real-time project.

Hands-on Mentoring – Our expert trainer’s work side-by-side with each trainee and teach proven discipline and techniques for successful delivery. Mentoring is “hands-on” as part of actual projects to gain real-time experience. Guidance for Certification is a part of the course as well.

Real-time Project Experience – Comprehension of practical skills is both reinforced and demonstrated in our training programs by completing Project based Case studies and troubleshooting techniques

Certification Exams – Our trainers are all Certified and provide expert industry level guidance to certification exams with tips and tricks to guarantee consistency of skills and practices for a successful completion of certification.

After-the-training – After reviewing your goals, and assessing your current IT skills capability, ZaranTech will tailor an after-the-training program and placement plan that will meet your needs in successful placement. This includes Resume preparation assistance, Mock interviews (technical and project based), Soft Skills and On-the-job support. ZaranTech’s training systems will track and administer the curriculum for each participant.

Ongoing Education – Career IT continues to offer new courses so you can keep up-to-date on latest IT technologies and best practices

Soft Skills Training – We conduct a soft skills training workshop for our trainees where they are trained on personality development, interview facing, resume writing, personal grooming and social etiquettes.
